"Quality was okay, but handling was careless"
It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t say it was great either. The quality was just okay overall, and it felt like it had been handled carelessly before it got to me, which was disappointing.

"Return was easy"
I had to send back a pair because they didn’t fit right. The whole return process was simple, and the refund come through after a few days. It wasn’t the fastest, but there wasn’t any real hassle. I’d shop here again.

"Loved the style, just bad timing for me"
I really like the look of their stuff. The site feels clean and easy to browse, and the designs are fresh without looking like they’re trying too hard. I actually found a few pieces that felt different from the usual things I see online. i probably would’ve ordered more if the timing had been better, but it just wasn’t the right moment for me

"Support Was Basically Useless"
I waited forever just to get a reply, and when support finally bothered to respond, it was barely helpful. felt like they had no clue what they were doing.

"Fast shipping, but I felt a bit misled"
I ordered from thedrop.com and the package actually showed up quicker than I expected. Tracking updated normally, everything arrived in good shape, and there weren’t any weird delays or missing items. That said, I did feel a little misled going in because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect based on how it was presented. The actual order went fine though, and overall it was simple and reliable.

"Sizing felt honest and accurate"
I ordered a dress and was a little nervous about the fit, since I’m usually stuck between a small and a medium. I went with the medium based on the size chart, it was right on. It fit comfortably without looking loose or sloppy.
The length was good too, not too short, which I really appreciated. It’s nice when a brand gives sizing info you can actually trust instead of making you guess, so this was an easy 5 stars for me.
